Description
This project consisted of a complete strip out of the existing plant and systems, and then the installation of new mechanical services to provide a new medical school to assist the education of the new generation of doctors in the North West of England. The scheme was completed in a quick 16 week period.
Services Undertaken
• CAD working drawings and as fitted drawings
• LPHW Heating Installation including radiators and overdoor heaters
• Domestic Hot and Cold water system
• New Gas Installation
• New Boiler Plant and Hot water generator including pressurisation unit, pumps etc
• Above Ground drainage systems
• All new Medical sanitary fittings including hand wash stations, sluice room etc
• New Air handling unit with a complete new ventilation ductwork system
• New VRF air conditioning system throughout the building
• Repairs and servicing of the existing roof smoke extract system
• Pipework & ductwork thermal insulation
• BMS Installation
• Testing and Commissioning
