Description
The project entailed us acting as principal contractor for the scheme to replace the roof mounted chillers and al associated services.

• CAD working drawings and as fitted drawings
• Connection to existing live services
• Strip out of old plant and services
• New Chillers
• Craneage of old and new chillers onto ten storey roof plant deck
• Chilled Water Installation including on site welding and off site pre-fabrication
• Flushing and cleaning of pipework
• Electrical trace heating
• Electrical power and controls wiring
• Pipework Insulation including aluminium cladding and Valve Jackets
• New Louvred Doors
• All associated Builders works
• BMS Installation
• Testing and Commissioning
