The project consisted of the mechanical services fit out in a pre-constructed industrial unit to form a new hairdressing retail unit and office / training space.

The project entailed the refurbishment of the castle to form new offices, classrooms etc. The project lasted 2 years and involved a lot of on site coordination and liaising with the design team due to the building being grade 1 listed.

The project entailed us acting as principal contractor for the scheme to replace the roof mounted chillers and al associated services.
