Description
The project entailed the conversion of an old lift shaft into a new central steam fed boiler plant room within the hospital, ready to serve the heating across the hospital. We operated as the principal contractor on the scheme working directly in conjunction with the Hospital estates team.

• CAD working drawings and as fitted drawings
• Connection to existing live services including steam and condensate
• New steam to LPHW plate heat exchangers
• New LPHW heating pipework, pump sets etc
• New steam and condensate pipework including valves and traps
• New potable cold water installation
• New ventilation system to serve the plantroom
• Pipework insulation including aluminium cladding
• BMS Installation
• Testing and Commissioning
